Appraiser Machine is a SaaS platform for real estate appraisal companies to manage orders, clients, invoicing, and daily fieldwork. Our Route Optimizer feature generates optimized driving routes for appraisers who have multiple property inspection appointments each day.

When you opt in, you can receive the following types of transactional text messages:

• Route directions: Each text contains a single stop with the property address, estimated drive time, appointment time window (if applicable), and a Google Maps navigation link.
• Order updates: Notifications about appraisal order status changes and appointment reminders.
• Service alerts: Account-related notifications such as payment confirmations and scheduling updates.

No marketing or promotional content is ever sent. All messages are transactional and directly related to your use of the Appraiser Machine platform.

Users opt in to receive text messages through the Appraiser Machine platform at portal.appraisermachine.com by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings → Profile in the Appraiser Machine dashboard.
2. Enter your mobile phone number in the Phone Number field.
3. Check the SMS consent checkbox that appears below the phone number field. The consent checkbox includes the following disclosure:

4. Click "Save Changes" to confirm your consent. Your consent timestamp is recorded in your account.

After opting in, you can use features like "Text me directions" in the Route Optimizer to receive your daily route stops via SMS. Messages are sent only when you explicitly request them.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and how often you use features like Route Optimizer. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on your appraisal order volume and scheduled inspections.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Appraiser Machine is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time using any of these methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from Appraiser Machine. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Uncheck the SMS consent checkbox in Settings → Profile at portal.appraisermachine.com and save your profile.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Appraiser Machine.
